By creating an account on Homefield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Homefield is not for use by children. Player profiles may represent minors, but accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Family accounts are for parents and guardians who wish to create player profiles for their children and connect with local coaches. Player profiles contain only the information you choose to provide. You may edit or delete player profiles at any time from your dashboard.
Coach accounts are for adults who organize, coach, or mentor youth sports teams. By creating a coach account, you represent that you are an adult acting in good faith to provide youth sports opportunities to children in your community.
Coaches are responsible for their own conduct toward families and athletes. Homefield does not employ coaches and is not responsible for the actions of coaches on or off the platform.
Background check status displayed on coach profiles reflects information provided to us by third-party verification services. Homefield does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of background check information.
You agree not to use Homefield to harass, deceive, or harm others; to collect or harvest user data; to impersonate another person; or for any purpose other than finding or offering legitimate youth sports opportunities.
Any misuse — including using the platform to make inappropriate contact with minors — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Player profiles are visible only to authenticated users with a coach account. Player profiles are not indexed by search engines and are not publicly accessible without a login.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Homefield is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of information posted by coaches or families. Use your own judgment when connecting with coaches or athletes through the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
